Job Summary:
The Senior Computer Programmer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications with a focus on the Highview Imaging Application. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Microsoft technologies, software development, and providing application support in multi-user environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications in a LAN-based Microsoft Windows environment.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancement of the Highview Imaging Application, ensuring performance, scalability, and user satisfaction.
- Develop application components using Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 Professional Edition and Visual C#.
- Collaborate with business analysts and system users to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and system performance issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system specifications.
- Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and participate in quality assurance activities.
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and integration with third-party applications.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience providing application development support in a multi-user, LAN-based, Microsoft Windows environment.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 Professional Edition suite, including Visual C# development.
- Experience with the Highview Imaging Application (required).
- Strong understanding of relational databases and data integration.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
